It is a real privilege to be Headteacher of such a nurturing, forward-thinking therapeutic school, and I am proud of everything our community has built together.
At Haywards Farm, no child is left behind. We are committed to understanding every pupil as an individual, giving them the very best start to their educational journey and equipping them with the skills, confidence and resilience to lead happy, independent lives.
Our talented and compassionate staff work closely with families and carers to ensure every child feels safe, valued and genuinely excited by their learning. We want every pupil to look back on their time here as one of achievement, friendship, kindness and personal discovery.
I believe that education works best as a partnership between home, school and the professionals around each child, and I look forward to building that relationship with you.

Many of our pupils arrive having had a difficult start to their educational journey. We never underestimate what that means for a child and their family. Our whole approach is built on understanding, flexibility and compassion, and I am proud to lead a school where pupils feel genuinely happy, secure and engaged every single day.
We believe that the best outcomes happen when school, home and the professionals around a child work together as one team. Building that partnership with every family is something we take seriously and something I personally cherish.
